MONTGOMERY COUTNY – The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Willis man over accusations that he had inappropriate contact with children.
Detectives started investigating Joseph Ray Guinn, 39, in July after report of several child indecency allegations committed against multiple young female victims ranging in age from 9 to 19 years of age.

The offenses are believed to have occurred over a period of at least 13 years.
Detectives said the alleged crimes happened at the suspect's home when he lived in the eastern part of Montgomery County.
Guinn was arrested Tuesday for one count of indecency with a child, but investigators believe that Guinn may have had inappropriate contact with other victims.
Investigators believe that there could be other victims that have not yet been identified. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office wants anyone with information about Guinn to contact Detective Fadi Rizk at 281-577-8929.
Guinn's bond is set at $100,000.
