American Green is purchasing the tiny town of Nipton, California, near the Nevada border, for about $5 million.

It plans to make the town a pot-friendly tourist destination, capitalizing on California legalizing marijuana.

The town includes a general store, a hotel, a school building, and mineral baths.

There is no word on what will happen to the town's 20 current residents.
