HOUSTON - Temperatures will get hotter Wednesday as drier air moves into southeast Texas.
There's a slight chance for a passing shower in the afternoon with temperatures climbing into the mid 90s.
In the tropics Humberto became the first hurricane of this hurricane season. KPRC meteorologists are also tracking a disturbance in the Yucatan that may become Tropical Storm Ingrid on Friday or this weekend. It will not make a direct hit on Texas, but may bring some much needed rain starting next week.
