A trucker was driving through Illinois last week when he notices a state trooper allegedly speed past him while on his cell phone.

Brian Miner decided to take the law into his own hands and honked his horn repeatedly, prompting the officer to pull over.

When the officer walked to the side of the truck, Miner starts to record him.

"The reason I pulled you over.. the horn. I don't know what that was about."

Miner explains, "Because you were speeding and you had your cellphone in your  hand."

The argument continues as the trooper says, "No. Police officers can actually use technology while they're driving."

After letting the trooper know he's being recorded, the video seems to show him have a change of heart and he decides to NOT give Miner a ticket.

Was Miner disrespecting the law officer or was he well within his right to record him? Watch the video below and tell us your thoughts on our Facebook page.
