HOUSTON – A multi-million dollar effort is underway to make the Buffalo Bayou more enjoyable for people who live, work and play near downtown Houston.
Houston's Hotel ICON has teamed up with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership to showcase the Buffalo Bayou's natural resources.
From kayaking and boating, to biking and hiking, more than $48 million has been raised to make the Buffalo Bayou a world-class attraction. Funds will also go towards developing trails, cafes and a new bike-share program.
