HOUSTON - A man has been charged in another man's death after the two of them got into an argument in the parking lot dry cleaning business in southeast Houston.

It happened on Sunday, April 20 around 5:30 p.m. at 8510 Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Houston police said Nicholas Wilkerson, 28, and 46-year-old Reginald Smith got into an argument, when Smith shot Wilkerson.

Officials said Wilkerson transported to an area hospital, where he died the next day.

Police said Smith left the scene after the shooting, but was later arrested and charged with murder on Friday, April 25.
