HOUSTON – A woman with dementia was found Sunday by Harris County Precinct 4 Constables, however, officials said they have no way of identifying her.
The woman, who is black and between 60 and 70 years old, was found near Interstate 45 and Cypresswood.

She is in good health, but her mental condition prohibits her from providing information regarding her identity, officials said.
