Two people were transported to the hospital after a drive-by shooting in northeast Houston.
The double shooting happened just before 4 p.m. Wednesday close to a car repair shop off Parker Road near Highway 59. Saad Qamar owns the buisness and saw one of the two victims begging for help.
"The guy who was shot was bleeding came in my shop. I heard my mechanic yelling bring some water and bring the fan and all of that, so I came out and saw a guy bleeding," said Qamar.
Houston police are still trying to sort everything out and determine what happened. Right now it's believed the gunman shot into the car and hit two people -- both the passenger and the driver.
The passenger got out for help, but police say the driver managed to drive about four more blocks before stopping for help.
"The car was here, two people got shot. One passenger got out and ran inside collapsed, the car continued that way. The suspect came back around and headed east," said Qamar.
It's unclear right now what the motive behind the shooting is.
Both victims were rushed to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
