Two other suspects, 26-year-old Pimpsden Charles Ingram and 28-year-old Charles Bowman, are in custody and charged with capital murder.

All four men are accused of killing 31-year-old Javier Moreno and 28-year-old Roger Pantoja on May 26.

According to police, Moreno was inside his home in the 500 block of Mayford Street when three men forced their way inside, demanded money and then shot him.

Police said the three suspects ran off after another vehicle blocked their vehicle in the driveway.

Moments later, police said the suspects shot Pantoja after confronting him while fleeing the scene.

The three men then stole a dark blue Ford Five Hundred sedan at gunpoint and drove off, investigators said.

Ingram and Bowman were identified and arrested on June 10 and June 21, respectively, police said.

After further investigation, police identified Guia and Semien as additional suspects in the shootings.

Guia was arrested on June 27 without incident. Semien remains at large.

Anyone with additional information about the case or on the whereabouts of Semien is urged to contact the Houston Police Department or Crime Stoppers.
