"You will be on your feet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, no breaks. Oh and it pays absolutely nothing."

That's what twenty four job applicants heard when they interviewed for the 'World's Toughest Job."

"365 days a year? No. No..... that's inhumane," one applicant said.

The interviewer explains, "The meaningful connections that you make and the feeling that you get from helping your associate are immeasurable."

That didn't help convince them the job was worth it... until they heard billions of others do it already. 

Cue the tears.

The surprise ending and campaign was created by Boston-based ad agency Mullen for Cardstore.com.
