ROSENBERG – An accident involving an 18-wheeler is causing quite a mess in Rosenberg.
Rosenberg police are working to clean up an accident involving an 18-wheeler at Spur 529 at the Southwest Freeway southbound.
The 18-wheeler was carrying sand, which spilled on the roadway.
Police said Spur 529 is closed, and the earliest it will open is 7 p.m.
Drivers are encouraged to use alternative routes.
No other vehicles were involved in this accident.
