Thieves rob Radio Shack in Meadows Place

Customer hit with weapon during robbery

MEADOWS PARK, Texas – Two men wearing ski masks and armed with semi-automatic weapons robbed a Radio Shack in Meadows Place while customers were shopping.

The robbery happened about 8 p.m. Tuesday at the store on West Airport Boulevard and South Kirkwood Road.

Investigators said one of the men hit a customer with the weapon before taking off with an undisclosed amount of merchandise.

The men left in what is believed to be a white Chevrolet Impala with paper license plates.

Meadows Place police are currently working with the Houston Police Department to see if the thieves are linked to other Radio Shack robberies.
