Woman charged in Sugar Land burglary

SUGAR LAND - A woman was arrested after a burglary at a Sugar Land home.

Sugar Land police said Liliana Stanford, 24, broke a backdoor window at house in the 1800 block of Concho River Court Monday evening.

Officials said once inside the home, Stanford grabbed a knife from the kitchen.

Police said three men were inside the house at the time. The held Stanford until officers arrived.

A neighbor also reported to police that his house was burglarized. Police recovered a stolen box of cigars and shoes were found on Stanford.

She is charged with burglary.
