WALLER COUNTY, Texas - A wild chase in Waller County ends in a trooper crashing, a woman flying from a car and a man in jail.

Investigators say troopers tried to pull over David Wallace for speeding on Wednesday. He took off and during the chase a female passenger either fell or jumped out of the car.

The driver then crashed into a barbed wire fence. A trooper involved in the chase hit the fence, too.

"During the pursuit, he threw several guns out of the car that we believe they stole from a house," said DPS Trooper Erik Burse.

According to deputies, Wallace is a parole violator who had a open warrant for his arrest. He now faces evading and felon in possession of firearm charges.
