HOUSTON - Arson investigators are trying to determine whether a fire at a vacant home was intentionally set.

Firefighters found flames shooting from the home on Quitman Street near Gregg in northeast Houston around 2:30 a.m. Thursday.

The fire was so large, the first crews on scene called for backup.  No one was in the home at the time.
