Texans' Arian Foster sued by pregnant woman claiming he's father

HOUSTON – A Houston woman has filed a lawsuit against Texans running back Arian Foster, claiming the married football star got her pregnant and is now trying to force her to have an abortion.

Pages and pages of legal documents detail what the woman says is happening between her and Foster. The woman, who has been identified as Brittany, is suing the athlete, claiming he got her pregnant and now wants her to have an abortion.

In a picture of Brittany obtained by TMZ Sports, she's apparently four months pregnant, seen showing off her growing stomach.

The lawsuit claims Foster has "engaged in a pattern of extreme and outrageous conduct that caused Brittany to suffer severe emotional distress." That Foster constantly harassed her to get an abortion and even used his family members to harass her.

She claims it went on from October 2013 until just last month.

Foster is a married father with two children, ages four years old and seven months old.

Local 2 reached out to the Texans organization,  but they had no comment.

Foster is scheduled to be in court on Wednesday. Lawyers are asking him to bring documents detailing all of his finances.
