HOUSTON - A tense SWAT standoff ended peacefully Monday night in Southeast Houston.

Houston police got a weapons call at the Crescent City Apartments on Broadway Street and Rockhill Street around 11:30 p.m. When officers arrived, two men barricaded themselves inside an apartment unit.

Investigators believed one of the men had a pistol, so they called in SWAT. After negotiating with officers, they came out peacefully. Charges are still pending.
