Suspects flee after robbing Wells Fargo Bank in Kingwood

KINGWOOD – The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is investigating a robbery at a Wells Fargo Bank in Kingwood.

The FBI says two men armed with handguns walked into the bank in the 4500 block of Kingwood Drive around 11:15 a.m. Monday.  They demanded money from the employees.  After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robbers left the bank.

No one was physically hurt in the robbery.  

The first robber is described as a a black man approximately 6 foot 1, medium build, wearing a red zip-up jacket with the hood over his head and khaki pants.

The second robber is described as a black man approximately 5 foot 11, medium build, wearing a light colored top and pants.

Both suspects are still on the loose.
