FREEPORT – Volunteers with Texas EquuSearch are searching for two missing fishermen who were last seen on Saturday.
Officials said 48-year-old Trai Nguyen and 40-year-old Somphone "Sam" Lavan were fishing on Bryan Beach in Freeport Saturday afternoon when one of them was swept under the water.

Coast Guard officials said the other man tried to save him but also went under water.
Weather cut the search short on Sunday, but crews continued searching on Monday.
