HOUSTON – A woman is facing charges after police said she pulled a gun on a cabbie.
Investigators said Latanya Epps, 35, got a cab ride from the hospital to her home in the 8700 block of Tilgham Street.

Officials said she tried to pay for the ride with her debit card, but that the taxi driver received an insufficient funds notice instead of an approval confirmation.
That's when investigators said Epps told the taxi driver to get lost.
When the cabbie tried to call police, the woman e came out from the garage with a black revolver and pointed it at him, investigators said. The cabbie told authorities that she threatened to shoot him if he didn't leave.
Epps has been charged with aggravated assault.
