SUGAR LAND, Texas – An armed robbery ends with two suspects caught and another on the run.

Sugar Land police said that around 2 a.m. on July 3, Erin Rogers, 19, from Missouri City and another man robbed a couple at gun point at a park near Great Oak Lane and Gray Birch.

Investigators said the two suspects demanded cash, beat one of the victims and stole an undisclosed amount of cash before taking off with the victims' phone and vehicle.

Police said they were able to track down the phone and the vehicle to an apartment complex in Missouri City.

Police said they arrested two men, Erin Malbroue and Keenan Rogers, and charged with aggravated robbery.

Investigators said they tracked Rogers to the 1200 block of Twinning Oaks and attempted to arrest him, but he managed to escape on foot. Police have not said what role he played in the robbery.

Police said Rogers is considered armed and dangerous.
