DICKINSON, Texas – Dickinson police said they've arrested a man responsible for a string of burglaries.
Police in Dickinson said Robert Shuff, 30, from Seabrook, burglarize numerous vehicles and houses since June 3.

Investigators said Dickinson police and the Galveston County Auto Crimes Task force were conducting surveillance in the area to catch the person responsible.
On Sunday morning, officials said a police officer spotted Shuff fleeing the area. Police said Shuff tried to run away, but was captured shortly after.
So far, Shuff has been charged with evading arrest, but officials said they expect more charges to be filed soon.
