DEER PARK, Texas – A pipeline leak was reported at the Shell Deer Park refinery on Wednesday morning.
Officials told Local 2 there was no danger to the public nor refinery workers.

We're told that hydrochloride leaked out of a pipe at the refinery. That pipeline is owned by Albermarle.
Oxy Vinyls first reported the leak and its response team handled the release.
