BAYTOWN, Texas – Two Houston parents were arrested at a baby's birthday party after officers shocked them with a Taser.
Officers responded to a disturbance call at a reception hall on West Baker Road and Decker Drive on Sunday afternoon.

According to investigators, when officers asked Jodi White, 32, to leave the party, she refused.
Officers Tased White several times to be able to arrest her.
Police said when officers were trying to arrest her, White's husband Christopher tried to defend her.
Officers were then forced to Tase him as well, investigators said.
Jodi White was charged with Disorderly Conduct-Abusive Language, a class C misdemeanor.
Christopher White was charged with class C disorderly conduct abuse or threaten offensive manner.
