HOUSTON – There are new developments in the case of a 5-month-old baby who was found after her parents were killed.
The little girl is currently in a foster home. A Children's Protective Services hearing scheduled for Tuesday has been reset for later this month. Until then, the court will do DNA testing on family members who come forward asking for custody of the child.

Investigators say on April 10 two men entered the family's southwest Houston apartment on Renwick and killed Melissa Guerra and Jose Salinas. The baby was found on the floor between them unharmed.
No arrests have been made in the case.
