HOUSTON – Police are trying to track down the person who shot a man in his southeast Houston apartment.
Authorities said the shooting happened around 2 a.m. Wednesday at an apartment complex on Royal Palms Street and Griggs Road.

The victim's roommates returned home and found him in his bed with two gunshot wounds, according to Houston police.
Investigators said there were no signs of a struggle.
The victim is expected to survive.
