HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man is accused of shooting and killing a woman in northeast Harris County after a dispute about who should be allowed to drive a vehicle.
Michael Anthony Matthews, 22, is charged with murder and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Houston police say the victim, Marquis Demetria Isabelle, 20, was visiting Matthews at a home in the 13800 block of Northlake Drive on Saturday.
Police say the two got into an argument over who should be allowed to drive Isabelle's vehicle. Matthews pulled out a gun and shot Isabelle, according to investigators.
When officers arrived to the scene, they say they found a large amount of drugs inside the home. Matthews was arrested without incident.
