HOUSTON – A man has been charged after police said he exposed himself to children near a HISD elementary school.
Police said it happened around 3 p.m. Thursday near Carrillo Elementary in southeast Houston.

Officers responded to the scene after several parents reported seeing a man behind the school exposing himself.
Police caught up with the man, later identified as 41-year-old Roque Gamez, at a nearby Taco Bell.
Gamez was questioned by Houston police officers and then positively identified by parents.
He was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
