HPD searching for elderly woman missing from group home

HOUSTON – Houston police are looking for a missing elderly woman who was last seen on Monday.

Officials say Nina Trotter, who has been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer's disease, was last seen at a group home in southwest Houston at 3126 Ward Street.

The 81-year-old is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 110 pounds and has gray and white hair. Trotter was last seen wearing a purple jumpsuit with a yellow string.
