HOUSTON - A man is accused of stabbing another man to death inside a McDonald's in north Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, the victim got into an argument with a woman inside the restaurant off Fulton Street near Boundary Street. Police said the woman left and walked back to her apartment a block away to tell her husband what happened.
The husband then went to the McDonald's and confronted the man. The argument escalated, and the husband pulled out a knife and stabbed the other man, according to investigators.
Police said the victim was rushed to LBJ Hospital, where he later died.
Several hours later, Precinct 6 deputies tracked down the man and he surrendered peacefully.
The man and his wife were taken in for questioning, but were later released. No charges have been filed at this time.
