HOUSTON – It is a piece of art that will tantalize Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo lovers with a sweet tooth.
On Monday, the Hilton Americas-Houston's pastry chef Mahesh Prabath Weerasinghe and culinary team unveiled a 750-pound Wild West sculpture made of pure chocolate.
It includes a 250-pound cowboy standing more than 6 feet tall.
