HOUSTON – Police are asking for help while they try and locate a missing man with mental disorders.
Houston police say Tommie Lowery, 58, was last seen on Aug. 20 near Galena Park.

Officials say Lowery is bipolar and has been diagnosed with dementia.
He's described as a black man, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds with white hair. Lowery was last seen wearing a blue sweater with a brown shirt underneath and black uniform pants.
Anyone with information on Mr. Lowery's whereabouts is asked to call the Houston Police Department's Missing Persons Division at 713-731-5223.
