Father, son sought in fatal shooting of teen at apartment complex

HOUSTON – Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a father and son who are wanted and charged in the fatal shooting of a man in southwest Houston back in July.

Police say on the night of July 28, witnesses reported hearing a single gun shot in the northwest part of the Shadowtree Apartments complex at 9475 West Sam Houston Parkway. The victim, 19-year-old David Sanchez, was found in the parking lot with a gunshot wound.  HFD paramedics responded and pronounced him dead at the scene.

Further investigation revealed information that identified Bonfilio Alejandro Bardales-Calva, also known as Alejandro Bardales, as the shooter in this case and his son Guillermo Alejandro Bardales-Calva, also known as Ramon Javier Hernandez-Torres, as being present at the time of the shooting.

Both are believed to be fleeing with Guilllermo's wife, Aida Ramirez, and their two children, Sonia and Angel Bardales.  They are believed to be traveling in a white 1998 Toyota 4-Runner with Texas license plates MWT-440.

Bonfilio, 63, is charged with murder. Guillermo, 37, is charged with providing a false statement to obtain credit in the same court.
