NEW CANEY, Texas – A man was arrested a second time on possession of child pornography charges, after Montgomery County sheriff's deputies served a warrant at his home.
The warrant was for Cody Durden, 25, who lives at a home on FM 1485 and Lost Lake Drive in New Caney, after deputies received a tip that Durden was downloading child porn.

Investigators found more than 500 inappropriate images of children on Durden's computer.
Both Durden and his roommate, Vernon Zellne, were arrested.
Zellner, 54, was charged with marijuana possession. He will pay a fine and stay in jail for 30 days.
Durden bonded out of jail on a $150,000 bond. He is now forbidden from using the internet.
