FRIENDSWOOD, Texas - A man has been charged after authorities said he rammed his girlfriend's car, while she was in it, talking to police.

Officials said Landry Granger III was following his girlfriend in a car early Monday morning.

The woman called police and was reportedly on the phone with them when Granger began slamming his car into hers, officials said.

Investigators said a baby was in the back seat of Granger's vehicle the entire time.

Granger was charged with assault by threat and unsecured child under eight-years-old.
