HOUSTON - A man has been accused of breaking into a woman's southeast Houston apartment.
According to court documents, the victim said she was awakened by the sound of breaking glass at her home in the 7900 block of Bellfort about 11 p.m. on Dec. 20.
Two men walked into the room. She recognized one of them, Gregory Salazar, as her son's friend, investigators said.
The victim said Salazar told her, "Look at me and I'll hit you."
The other man put a blanket over her head, making it difficult for her to breathe, and held her down on the bed, detectives said.
The suspects stole several items, including prescription medications, a laptop, a television and a cellphone, investigators said.
Salazar has been charged with aggravated robbery. As of Friday afternoon, he had not been arrested.
