HOUSTON – A man has been arrested after police say he was seen flashing people near Rice University.
On May 23, Local 2 told you about a crime alert in which Rice University say a man exposed himself to a jogger along the sidewalk on University Boulevard.

On May 28, two other people witnessed a man engaging in indecent exposure and alerted Rice police. RUPD says officers located the suspect along Rice Boulevard and brought him in for questioning.
Uciel Hernandez-Lopez is charged with indecent exposure.
Police have not yet said if Hernandez-Lopez, 26, is the same man wanted in the previous cases.
