A Texas man has been added to the state's "10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders" list.
Clemente Davila's last known address was in San Marcos but he also has ties to Houston and Maxwell in Caldwell County. The 27-year-old has worked in the past as a carpenter, according to authorities.
A $3,000 cash reward is being offered for information that leads to Davila's arrest. Authorities say he has a violent criminal past and he is wanted for failing to comply with sex offender requirements, failure to appear and a probation violation.
Davila's criminal history includes charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, unauthorized use of a vehicle and drug possession.
He is listed as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weights about 170 pounds. Authorities say he has several tattoos on his chest of women's faces and a tattoo on his abdomen that says "Houston." Officials say Davila has other tattoos on his back, left arm, right hand and right wrist.
The U.S. Marshals Service Lone Stare Fugitive Task Force is also participating in the investigation.
