HOUSTON - A gunman shot and killed a teenager in northwest Harris County.
Deputies found Juan Hernandez, 19, on the sidewalk in the 6800 block of Brushmeade Lane and Carmel Valley Drive on Monday at 12:25 p.m. He had been shot at least once, officials said.
Hernandez was rushed to North Cypress Medical Center, but he was pronounced dead.
The suspect was only described as black, wearing a grey sweatshirt and blue jeans. He fled the scene on foot.
A motive is not yet known.
