HOUSTON – A Hudson Independent School District elementary teacher is facing four charges of improper relationship between educator and student after details came to light about sexual encounters with multiple high school students, according to court records.
Heather Robertson, 38, is facing the felonies after Hudson ISD police said she set up multiple sexual encounters with students between late 2016 and April 2017.

The Hudson ISD Police Department received information about a possible inappropriate relationship between a Hudson ISD teacher and several Hudson ISD High School students on April 20, according to court documents.
Police made a list of the students who were possibly involved and spoke with the students who were named, according to court records.
One student said that he and Robertson started flirting on Snapchat after spring break and became involved sexually within the month of April, according to court documents.
The student said Robertson asked him to come to her apartment to have sex. When he asked if his friend could come, she agreed and provided her address, apartment number and gate code for the students to get into her apartment near Angelina College, according to court records.
The student told police that the door was unlocked when they got there and Robertson was on the couch smoking an e-cigarette, according to court documents.
The student said they spoke to Robertson for a few minutes and then she got up and told the boys to follow her to the bedroom as she undressed, according to court records.
The sexual encounter lasted about 15 minutes, according to court documents.
The student said after having sex with Robertson, both students put their clothes on and left her residence, according to court records.
The student said this was the only time he and his friend had a sexual encounter with Robertson, according to court documents.
The students told police that they believed at least two other students had sex with Robertson, according to court records.
The two other students told police they had sex with Robertson on multiple occasions, according to court documents.
The students said they would sneak out of their houses and she would pick them up for the sexual rendezvous. She would take them home after having sex, according to court records.
Robertson admitted to police she had sex with the four students, according to court documents.
She said the sex would always happen at her apartment in Lufkin, according to court records.
