WEBSTER, Texas – A taekwondo teacher has been accused of sexually touching one of his students.
Stuart Chase McGrath, 28, has been charged with indecency with a child.
Webster police said McGrath became friends with a 12-year-old male student's parents, and had the boy and his sister spend the night with him several times in 2010.
According to court documents, the boy slept on a couch with McGrath while his sister stayed in a bedroom with McGrath's wife.
The boy woke up several times to find McGrath's hand under his shorts, investigators said.
The boy did not tell his parents about what happened for two years. His parents went to police after he told them about the incidents.
McGrath was booked into the Harris County Jail on Wednesday with bond set at $30,000.
