HOUSTON – A man faces charges for leaving the scene of an accident in north Houston.
Witnesses told police a speeding driver hit a truck on 45 near Shepherd Drive, and kept going.

Firefighters who saw what happened called police.
The driver was stopped and arrested.
Police are testing him for driving under the influence.
