One of the two men suspected of murdering a man at a Subway sandwich shop faced a judge.
Dante Talbert had the charges formally read against him Tuesday morning. He and Xavier Jones are charged with capital murder.
Police say the men robbed a Subway restaurant in southeast Houston on Sept. 17. During the robbery, investigators say the two shot and killed customer Christopher McGrew.
Police say Talbert and Jones only made off with about $200.
