HOUSTON – A man has been accused of killing another man behind a northwest Harris County food store.
Roberto Ventura, 18, has been charged with murder.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said Ventura got into a fight with James E. Hill behind the Primos Food Store on Old Bammel North Houston near Tomball Parkway about 5:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Investigators said Ventura pulled a gun out of his waistband, shot Hill multiple times and then fled the scene.
Hill died at the scene.
Ventura was arrested Wednesday morning and is being held in the Harris County Jail with bond set at $50,000.
