HOUSTON – Police have arrested a suspect charged in the fatal stabbing of a man at an apartment complex.
Walter R. Sam Jr., 26, is accused in the death of 27-year-old Raymond Thomas Jr. who was stabbed around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at 2832 South Bartell.

Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sam is charged with murder.
Officials say Stewart and the suspect became involved in an argument that led to a struggle. While Stewart Jr.was attempting to leave, he was stabbed by Sam.
Sam was arrested at the scene.
