Surveillance video released in gun shop burglary

HOUSTON – Police are hoping newly released surveillance video will help them find the burglars who stole several weapons from a gun shop on Houston's southwest side.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at Collector's Firearms on Fondren Road.

Houston police say two men entered the store through a hole in the back that was about three feet wide.

Officials say the burglars stole at least five weapons, including shotguns, in the two minutes they were inside.

Houston police say the men were wearing gloves and hoodies.

No other information has been released at this time.
