A Sugar Land woman is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy.

Sugar Land police said the teen told a family member about a sexual relationship with his ex-girlfriend's mother, 33-year-old Sarah Marie Torres. Police were notified of the alleged assault on June 3.

Police said the boy's mother provided evidence that she believed was connected with the assault.

According to police, the alleged assault is believed to have occurred at the child's home on May 23 when he stayed home from school. However, police believe there may have been other incidents. Detectives are also trying to determine if there were other victims.

Torres, who is being held in the Fort Bend County Jail on a $150,000 bond, is charged with a second degree felony and faces two to 20 years in prison.
