The online store said these pairs of jeans were made to get people talking as it stated online saying, “Think outside the box with these out-of-the-ordinary clear plastic jeans – guaranteed to get people talking.”

The company wasn’t wrong about their product being the buzz of conversation as Twitter users voiced their intake on the new trend.

Despite the backlash on Twitter -- the jeans are all sold out online in every size.

The stain-proof pants only require users to wipe them clean with no washing needed.
