HOUSTON – After a 33-7 loss in LA to the Rams, Texans' head coach Bill O’Brien took the podium Monday and uttered the same phrase we’ve heard all season, “Starts with coaching, we all gotta coach better starting with me.”
O’Brien said as long as the team is losing. We all continue to hear that same sentiment.
“In my opinion, you’re not a coach worth your salt if you just stand up here and blame players. That’s not gonna get you anywhere. As long as I’m the coach here, that’s the answer you are going to get from me when we don’t play well,” he said.
Tom Savage will get the start Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals at NRG Stadium.
