MISSOURI CITY, Texas – A man was found beaten to death in his home in Missouri City on Sunday, according to police.
The Houston Police Department received an anonymous call around 3:30 a.m. Sunday for a welfare check on the man who lives at a house on Summit Meadow Drive.

When HPD arrived they walked around the house, and spotted the man's body through the front window.
Investigators didn't find any gunshot or knife wounds.
According to police, the man appeared to have died from blunt force trauma.
